MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Tonight's One Good Thing, keeping the lights on.
On Friday, June 28, the Milwaukee LGBT Community Center says they have surpassed its fundraising goal to keep the organization's doors open.
A $25,000 donation was contributed by the Leonard-Fitz Foundation as well as Molson Coors, pushing their total to nearly $66,000.
The center's leadership has developed a new finance plan to continue to provide counseling and support Milwaukee's LGBTQ+ community.
Helping our local resources that support us, is One Good Thing.
