MADISON, Wis. (CBS 58) -- A Cedarburg man is the lucky winner of a $1,000,000 scratch ticket purchased at Kwik Trip in Madison.

The Wisconsin Lottery says Ethan Tews claimed his winning Bankroll ticket, a $30 instant scratch ticket that debuted in August with three top prizes of $1,000,000.

Lottery officials say they is the game's first top prize winner.

Since its launch, Lottery retailers have sold several big, winning Bankroll tickets including $1,000,000 (Kwik Trip, Madison), $50,000 (Holland Town Minimart, Wautoma), $25,000 (Kwik Trip, West Bend) and $10,000 (Kwik Trip, West Allis).
