Cedarburg police seek 2 suspects in liquor store theft

CEDARBURG, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Police in Cedarburg are searching for two suspects involved in a theft at Otto's Wine & Spirits.

According to a police alert, the suspects are two Black women who entered the store on Tuesday, July 9 at around 5:30 p.m., allegedly stealing two bottles of Casaminos tequila and three bottles of Don Julio 1942 tequila, valued at $655.82.

When confronted by a store employee, the women reportedly fled to a dark blue Dodge Neon that was missing the front driver's side hub cap. It was also not displaying a plate.

A temporary tag, possibly starting with A70, was observed in the rear window. The car was last seen traveling southbound on Washington Ave.
