Celebrate Cinco de Mayo at Chucho's Red Tacos this Sunday

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Chucho's Red Tacos is gearing up for a busy Cinco de Mayo. The restaurant will be open inside and out. Plus, the patio will be extended into the Farmhouse Paint and Sip, as they expect to shake hundreds of margaritas and serve thousands of tacos. 

"We are going to have the red tacos, the quesitacos, those are the most popular, noodles, quesadillas..." said Aldo Diaz, the general manager at Chucho's. 

Cinco de Mayo is a big holiday here in the US, but Diaz says it's much smaller in Mexico. 

"Cinco de Mayo, for me, means like strength, unity, hope for all the Mexican people," said Diaz. 

He encourages people to come out and listen to live Latin jazz music and enjoy good Mexican food.
