WAUWATOSA, Wis. (CBS 58) -- A doctor at Children's Wisconsin carried on a tradition nearly two decades long Friday, allowing patients to spray paint his hair in celebration of the Milwaukee Bucks' first home playoff game.
Pediatrician-in-Chief Dave Margolis had his hair painted green Friday afternoon, by Ashton and Grace, in the Child Life Center at Children's Wisconsin.
The hospital says the event started nearly 20 years ago and has become a "cherished display of team spirit and resilience among patients, families and staff."
Children's says the tradition gained national attention in 2021 when it was featured by ESPN during the Bucks' championship season.
