Chilly for Brewers Championship Friday then showery for Halloween
Brewers Championship Friday is here! The parade starts at 10 AM with the rally at the Summerfest grounds to follow! Dress in layers if you are going to be out grabbing a spot and waiting in line early with temps in the 30s and low 40s. We stay cool all day with afternoon highs in the mid 50s. Mostly dry for Friday.
Then as we go into Halloween temperatures will stay cool in the 50s. Trick-or-treating might be a bit wet in some areas with scattered showers likely for a good chunk of the day. The best time for rain looks like mid-morning through late afternoon but may dry out for some in the evening hours.
Looking back on past Halloweens, last year was also cool in the 50s but dry. 2024 was a warm year in the 70s with just a bit of rain. Then we had one of our snowy Halloweens with 3.3" of snow in 2023. Before that, we had three straight nice dry Halloweens in the 50s and 60s and then the cold and snowy 2019 where we had 5.4" of snow!
Don't forget, Daylight Saving Time ends this weekend. The clocks will fall back an hour early Sunday morning when 2 AM becomes 1 AM. That means sunrise time on Sunday will be before 6:30 AM but it also means sunset time is before 5 PM.
