MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- The owner of a Milwaukee Peruvian restaurant appeared for a second time in court Wednesday morning, May 24.
He's accused of allegedly sexually assaulting at least five women, including some employees.
The co-owner of C-Viche restaurant in Bay View, 40-year-old Karlos Soriano-Cabrera, faces four felony counts of third-degree sexual assault and one misdemeanor count of fourth-degree sexual assault.
His preliminary hearing took place Wednesday morning, and a detective took the stand.
Milwaukee County Assistant District Attorney Jack Eichorst: "Just to be clear did any of the individuals who we have spoken about today, did they indicate that they consented in these instances to sexual intercourse with the defendant?"
Milwaukee Police Department Detective William Savagian: "They did not consent."
Based on the testimony Wednesday, the judge says there is probable cause to believe that a felony may have been committed by Soriano-Cabrera.
He was bound over for trial and is due back in court June 21.
