High temperatures on Wednesday were pretty close to average in the low 40s but any sign of near average temperatures will go away for Thanksgiving through the holiday weekend. Thankfully there won't be any rain or snow to worry about the next few days although a few flurries may be possible Thursday evening into early Friday. Otherwise, expect a variably cloudy sky with parts of the weekend turning more sunny and other parts of the weekend more cloudy.
When it comes to temperatures, highs on Thanksgiving will warm into the low 30s otherwise 20s are expected for highs the rest of the shopping weekend. The wind will pick up as well with the breeze 20 mph Thursday then gusts as high as 30 mph on Black Friday with a lingering breeze on Saturday.
The breeze will push wind chills down into the single digits at times the next few days. Wind chills Thanksgiving morning are down in the teens and don't warm much more than the mid 20s. Friday morning will be even colder with wind chills in the single digits and afternoon feels like temps in the teens. Saturday morning is the coldest of the weekend with wind chills below-zero in some spots.
