Cousins Subs presented $50,000 check at Vince Lombardi Cancer Foundation event

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Cousins Sub's presented the Vince Lombardi Cancer Foundations (VLCF) Starr Children's Fund with a check for fundraising efforts from their Catering for a Cure Campaign. 

The event took place on Friday, Nov. 3. Throughout the month of September, Cousins Subs and their Make It Better Foundation pledged to donate $15 from every 20-piece Party Box sold, up to $50,000, to the Starr Children's Fund. 

The Starr Children's Fund is Vince Lombardi Cancer Foundation's pediatric cancer partner, and uses the funds donated to support research into better outcomes for childhood cancer. 

The check was presented at the Vince Lombardi Cancer Foundation Food and Wine Experience. The event also celebrated its 20th anniversary this year.
