MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Milwaukee police say a man walking around a north side neighborhood pretending to do security at a local business ended up shooting a man.
It happened July 29 at 7 a.m., at a gas station on 37th and Villard. Detectives say a man in a white shirt shot another man who stole a can of soda from the gas station.
The suspect allegedly calls himself "Gee" and pretends to be security at the gas station. He shot the man in the leg who was later arrested for a warrant.
Officials say while it was wrong to steal, police say it's even worse to shoot someone for it.
