MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- The Greater Milwaukee Association of Realtors reviewed the latest housing market trends in Milwaukee as part of its January market report. Abby Hauke, the 2025 chairperson for the board of directors, delved into the findings when she joined us on Monday, Feb. 17.
She spoke about recent sales figures, the number of homes on the market and the role of digital tools in real estate. The conversation also addressed how technology is used by 97% of realtors and its impact on buyers and sellers.
Hauke also spoke about the importance of personal contact in real estate transaction and also provided one tip for buyers and one for sellers to consider in the current market.
