DODGE COUNTY (CBS 58) -- The Dodge County Sheriff's Office is seeking the public's help in locating inmate Luis Perez-Cerna. 

He is an inmate with Huber privileges, which allows certain inmates to leave the facility for work or medical appointments. 

he left the jail around 7:30 a.m. Friday, Feb. 20, for an approved court appointment in Dane County. 

The Dane County clerk says that he never arrived for his court appearance and was last seen in the parking lot of the Dodge County Jail in Juneau walking across the parking lot. 

He was last seen wearing a grey Adidas t-shirt, black jeans and black shoes. 

Deputies are actively searching for Perez and he has ties to various areas in the county including ones in Cambria and West Bend.
