RACINE COUNTY, Wis. (CBS 58) -- According to the Racine County Sheriff's Office, the body of a 16-year-old male was recovered on Sunday, May 19.
Authorities say the search was suspended around 10 p.m. on Saturday, May 18.
Around 7 a.m. on Sunday, May 19, the dive team resumed their search, and the divers located the boy's body.
Investigators with the Sheriff's Criminal Investigations Bureau are working on the case and notifying the boy's family.
RACINE COUNTY, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Emergency crews are on scene at Quarry Lake Park in Racine County on Saturday, May 18.
Family members say a 16-year-old relative was hanging out with a group of friends at the park.
The 16-year-old's aunt says he jumped into the quarry and hasn't been seen for more than two hours.
Concerned family members and neighbors began to wait outside the blocked area for several hours.
