Fall feel continues Monday with rain likely Monday night

We quickly went from summer to fall over the weekend. Highs on Saturday warmed into the 80s and it was humid too then highs stayed in the upper 60s on Saturday with no humidity and a few light rain showers. 

Monday continued the fall feel with the coldest temperatures in over three months since the start of June! Lows dropped into the 40s for most locations and some even dropped into the 30s! Milwaukee dropped to 49 degrees. 

Temperatures will stay cool all day Monday with highs once again in the upper 60s to around 70. Tuesday will be warmer and more humid with highs in the mid 70s. Then another cool day returns on Wednesday in the upper 60s before getting closer to average in the low to mid 70s for the end of the week. 

After a sunny start to Monday the clouds will increase in the afternoon and evening with an isolated shower possible. The best chance for rain will be after midnight Monday night with some steady rain and downpours possible into Tuesday morning. 

No strong to severe storms are expected, but some communities could see some heavy rain. Rain totals could push over an inch in some of our northwest counties like Dodge and Fond du Lac. The rest of southeast Wisconsin will see more manageable rain from a tenth of an inch to a half inch.
