Man charged in hit-and-run that killed Watertown father of 3
MADISON, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Fallen Milwaukee Police Officers Charles Irvine and Michael Michalski were honored in Madison on Friday.
The 29th Wisconsin Law Enforcement Memorial Ceremony was held at the State Capitol.
The ceremony honors officers killed in the line of duty.
Flags are flying at half staff across the state to honor fallen officers from Wisconsin.
