MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Family and friends came together Monday, Dec. 13, to remember another victim of gun violence.
Edan Carson, 20, was shot and killed Tuesday, Dec. 7 near 39th and Douglas.
Carson's aunt helped organize a memorial not to speak about gun violence, rather, to honor her nephew and shine a light on what she says the community needs which is love, peace, and forgiveness.
"We want to shine a light on how it takes all of us to make this happen. It takes all of us to forgive each other, to resolve conflicts without taking someone's life," said Kellie Carson.
