MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Hitting up the lakeshore on a bicycle is one of the great natural, healthy perks of living in Milwaukee. With summertime being in full gear, cycling is becoming a bigger part of fitness routines for many folks in the area -- even indoor cycling classes to get the heart pumping.
Alex Mueller from Life Time Brookfield joined us on Wednesday, June 26 to discuss not only the benefits of cycling, but also the types of exercises that incorporate cycling beyond just hopping on a bike for a summer stroll.
