MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- For the first time, we're seeing officer-worn body camera video of a drug bust and chase that ended with gunfire and an arrest.
On Aug. 11, two Milwaukee police officers saw two people make a suspected drug deal at a gas station.
One of the suspects had a gun in his waistband.
The suspects ran when officers approached, and police chased after them.
MPD says one of the officers fired his gun, hitting the suspect in the foot.
The 30-year-old suspect was taken to the hospital and then taken into custody.
He faces four counts, including two felonies.
The Milwaukee County District Attorney's Office determined the officer acted lawfully.
