Former Packers' TE Jimmy Graham headed to the Bears

GREEN BAY, Wis. (CBS 58) -- After being released by the Green Bay Packers, tight end Jimmy Graham is now heading to the Chicago Bears, a report says.
Graham spent two years with the Packers.
