Former UW-Milwaukee lab technician charged with possession of child pornography

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- A former UW-Milwaukee lab technician faces 10 counts of possession of child pornography.
University Police arrested Jay Dobberke.
A cybertip led investigators to Dobberke's office where a computer was used to search for child pornography.
The University says the man was fired last Friday.
The University issued a statement saying in part,
As in any large organization, there will be people who make bad decisions and we address those cakes when they happen.
Dobberke is the third UWM staff member to be arrested in a span of three months.
