Free at home Covid-19 tests return, can be ordered through USPS

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- You can once again order free at home Covid-19 tests through the postal service.
Households are eligible for one order of four, at home, test kits.
Orders will ship for free starting on Sept. 30, but you can place orders now.
