Player Summary:

Nelson comes into a deep room of offensive lineman for the Badgers. He was a primary left tackle in high school, but he does have the talent to play on the right side with his athleticism and body frame.

Nelson also played defensive line and was very active with his hands. He has the height and on both sides of the ball he definitely uses it to his advantage.

Nelson plays with a ton of upper body strength and his athleticism also stands out on both sides of the ball.

Nelson enrolled early at Wisconsin and took part in spring practice. His father, Todd Nelson, played offensive line for the Badgers in the 1980s, and his brother, Jack Nelson, started at guard for the Badgers in 2021.

Nelson picked the right school to develop as an offensive lineman. He certainly has the talent to hopefully be a future starter for the Badgers.
