Goat rescued from road by Milwaukee police finds forever home in Dane County

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- A goat rescued by Milwaukee police has found a forever home.

CBS 58 first shared the news officers with Milwaukee Police Department District 2 were called to a "traffic hazard" that turned out to be a goat in the road.

The goat, who posed gracefully for a selfie with officers, was taken to Milwaukee Area Domestic Animal Control Commission (MADACC) and soon adopted!

MADACC announced in a Facebook post on Oct. 9 the "happiest goat" has a new mom in Dane County.

Home sweet home!
