MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- A rollercoaster of emotions at Jack's Pub on Brady Thursday night, with Brewers fans watching closely.

"2011, I was 10 years old. That's when you're really sensitive as a sports fan growing up, so that was a heartbreaker. 2018, I was in high school, that was a heartbreaker," Eli Sistler said. "So it's like, it would be awesome to see it finally happen."

"It's going to mean everything to everyone. We're all just hoping this is our time, it's right now, we have the team, we have the motive, and we have the mindset. So, it's just special."

And you won't find any empty seat at Kelly's Bleachers Thursday night. The bar has seen a lot of Brewers baseball, but never a World Series. They opened in 1984, two years after the Brewers made the World Series. Fans are already looking ahead to a potential fall classic.

“I do have World Series tickets, yes, we’re one win away," said Brewers fan Mark Roegener. "It’s an unbelievable event -- friends, family, we’re all coming together, enjoying great Brewers baseball, how can’t we? I mean the team is fantastic, we have a great coach, great management, all of it.”
