MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- A pothole crew on Milwaukee's south side Tuesday morning included a familiar face.
Governor Tony Evers put on the fluorescent vest and pitched in near 2nd and Morgan.
He's on his annual "Pothole Patrol" tour, pointing out his administration's efforts to improve streets and highways across the state.
During this stop, he also urged people to watch out for the safety of road workers, pointing out that nine people died in work zone crashes last year.
? It's that time of year, folks! ?
