WISCONSIN (CBS 58) -- Governor Tim Walz is scheduled to campaign in Green Bay and Eau Claire this Monday, Oct. 14, according to the Harris-Walz campaign.

It marks the governor's fifth visit to the state since becoming Vice President Harris' running mate.

The campaign says Gov. Walz will participate in a political event in Eau Claire in the morning and will arrive in Green Bay in the afternoon to deliver remarks at a campaign event.

He's expected to speak to Wisconsin voters about protecting rights and freedoms and "building economic opportunity for all Americans."

Gov. Walz was last in Eau Claire alongside VP Harris for a joint rally in August.
