New organic juice bar and movement studio in Oconomowoc to bring out vendors and mocktails this Saturday
OCONOMOWOC, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Nourish Juice Bar officially opened this month at Stone Bank Farm. Along with The Place Movement Studio, they're hoping to create a wellness compound in Lake Country.
"You can get your fresh groceries, then you can come into the cafe and order a latte and lunch and then go take a workout class," said Allie Stark, the owner at Nourish Juice Bar.
Stark believes food is medicine. She opened Nourish Juice Bar after her own journey with organic foods. The menu at Nourish is organic, vegan and free of refined sugars. Many of the fruits and vegetables come from right outside in the gardens.
But for Stark, health also goes beyond good food.
"I think a part of being healthy is having connection and community as well as the diet part," she said.
There will be wellness vendors and artisans, a craft cocktail bar, food and drink specials and free samples
The event runs from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Stone Bank Farm Market is located inside an old historical church. They offer a range of fresh, organic produce and poultry. You can visit all three businesses in one space while also checking out their gardens and green space.
