MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) --Â Celebrating its 15th year, the Great Midwest Book Fest is returning to Milwaukee.
The festival, which shines a spotlight on 10 - 12 African American authors, offers attendees the unique opportunity to purchase books directly from the creators.
Radiah Hubert, organizer of the event, joined us on Friday, June 6 to preview this year's edition as it returns to an in-person format after several years online due to the pandemic.
The event is set to take place at Xchange Event and Creative Space on Saturday, June 17 from 1 - 4 p.m. It's open to the public, with an admission fee of $10.
