Hales Corners Man Accused of Killing Mother to Undergo Competency Exam

Hales Corners man accused of killing his mother and dumping her body in a garbage can is ordered to undergo a competency exam. 

Robert Rozewicz, 40-year-old,was in court this morning for a preliminary hearing. 

His attorney argued Rozwicz, who has a history of mental illness, is not competent to stand trial and requested the exam.
