Hazmat response for leaking package at West Milwaukee post office

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- The Milwaukee Fire Department says there was a hazmat response at a West Milwaukee U.S. post office during the morning of Saturday, Nov. 16th. 

The fire department was called to the post office on 43rd & Lincoln shortly after 9:00 a.m. for a leaking package.

Hazmat officials properly packaged it up for disposal. 

No other injuries were reported, and the situation is under control.
