MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- The Hunger Task Force summer meals program is now underway across Milwaukee County.
This summer, children and teens 18 and under can receive free, nutritious meals at more than 130 locations.

Organizers expect to serve at least 450,000 breakfasts, lunches and dinners before the program ends in mid-August.
Community leaders highlighted the initiative during a press conference at Franklin Square Playfield.
"Right now, families are struggling with the increase of cost of living, cost of groceries, cost of rent, the cost of utilities. So our kids can come and get free meals and get access to healthy food throughout the summer," said Matt King, CEO of Hunger Task Force.
Last summer, nearly 500,000 meals were served in the Milwaukee area.
Hunger Task Force says they expect participation to be even higher this year.
