MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- CBS 58 has learned Immigrations and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents arrested 36-year-old Kevin Lopez at the Milwaukee County Courthouse on Wednesday, May 7. 

Lopez is facing state charges for sexual assault of a minor and sexual assault of an unconscious victim. 

He was a manager at Judy's Cantina; CBS 58 spoke with him last year after Judy's on North caught fire. 

Judy's Cantina posted on Facebook saying he no longer works there and was never an owner. 

Arrests by federal agents at the county courthouse have been a hot-button issue following the arrest of Milwaukee County Circuit Court Judge Hannah Dugan last month. She allegedly obstructed the arrest of a suspect ICE agents were searching for in court.
