GLENDALE, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Every Friday, a group of Vietnam veterans meet at Solly's Grill for Breakfast. This week, that meet up came early as they connected on Monday, Nov. 11 for Veterans Day.

"It's a camaraderie thing. We get together here and all over the city and state, at different public schools speaking, some towns have little parades," said Glenn Fieber. "It's all about respecting the American Veteran."

Fieber is the owner of Solly's Grille. The diner has been in his family for 89 years.

There will be dozens of Veterans Day events in the area. But these Vietnam Veterans shared a special breakfast with Glenn at Solly's Monday morning.

"Right now, we have every service represented here," said another Vietnam Veteran who goes by Bulldog. "The Army, Navy Air Force and US Marine Corp."

"You forgot the Coast Guard," another veteran chimed in.

"We don't have any Coast Guard here," said Bulldog.

Solly's offered half off breakfast to Veterans Monday morning and free coffee.
