MPD: 16-year-old dead following shooting near 27th and Oklahoma

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- A teenager is dead following a shooting that took place late Tuesday, Nov. 12 near the corner of 27th and Oklahoma.

Milwaukee police say a 16-year-old was taken to a local hospital for treatment of serious injuries following the 10:10 p.m. shooting, but later succumbed to the injuries.

Police are investigating the circumstances that led to the shooting while they also search for unknown suspects.
