Join the team! Milwaukee Brewers hiring Game Day seasonal staff

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Be part of the team! The Milwaukee Brewers announced they are hiring Game Day seasonal staff, a unique opportunity to support the Brew Crew and provide the best fan experience at American Family Field.

According to a news release from the team, open roles include Usher, Gate Screener, 50/50 Raffle Seller, Event Set-up, Grounds Crew, Guest Experience Guide, Retail Sales Associate and Ticket Services Representative.

Below is a description of the positions available: 

Usher

Ushers are responsible for assisting guests throughout the game to ensure their visit is safe, clean, fun and family friendly. Responsibilities include verifying tickets, patrolling aisles and concourses, providing event information and general ballpark directions. Click here.

Gate Screener

Gate Screener staff are responsible for the fan screening process before and during baseball games and other events at American Family Field in support of the mission to provide exceptional guest experiences in a safe, clean and friendly environment. This position will support providing a higher level of security to guests and staff. Click here.

50/50 Raffle Seller

50/50 Raffle staff sell raffle tickets to fans before and during all home games at American Family Field for the 50/50 Raffle Program, in support of the Brewers Community Foundation. Click here.

Event Set-Up

Event set-up staff provides general assistance to the Event Services department with setting up game and non-game day events and various other tasks. Click here.

Grounds Crew

Grounds Crew is responsible for the overall maintenance and care of the American Family Field Facility. This responsibility includes American Family Field, a 30-acre landscape surrounding the ballpark and Helfaer Youth Baseball Facility. Click here.

Guest Experience Guide

Guest Experience Guides facilitate pre-game tours, including the Bernie’s Slide Experience. This responsibility also includes operating the Selig Experience, a state-of-the-art attraction honoring Commissioner Emeritus Allan H. (Bud) Selig. This role interacts with guests for an extended period of time.

Retail Sales Associate

Retail Sales Associates provide a welcoming in-store experience at all Brewers Team Store locations. Responsibilities include cashiering, customer service and other retail needs. Click here.

Ticket Services Representative

Ticket Services Representatives answer incoming single game ticket inquiries in the phone center, as well as actively selling individual tickets. The Ticket Services Representatives are also highly knowledgeable in fielding general customer service inquiries regarding American Family Field and Milwaukee Brewers events. Click here
