Jury finds Milwaukee man guilty in hit-and-run that killed woman, unborn child

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- A man charged in a fatal crash in Milwaukee was in court Wednesday, Sept. 25. 

Frank Mosley was found guilty on all counts related to the hit-and-run crash that killed 32-year-old Erin Mogensen and her unborn child. 

Those charges include first degree reckless homicide, first degree reckless homicide of an unborn child, hit-and-run involving death and fleeing/eluding an officer, causing death.

Police say Mosley was driving a stolen BMW and hit Mogensen's car while trying to get away from officers. 

Investigators say they linked the 20-year-old to the scene with a Walmart receipt in the BMW. 

A sentencing date is set for Nov. 21.
