Kenosha pastor arrested, accused of transferring intimate photos without permission
KENOSHA, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Kenosha police are reporting that 41-year-old Gabriel Mills has been arrested for an additional count of capturing an intimate representation without consent.
Police noted in a Wednesday, Oct. 9 press release that a new complainant came forward after reading the initial news about Mills' arrest.
Detectives then reportedly located evidence on Mills' phone that substantiated the claims against him. The investigation is still ongoing.

KENOSHA, Wis. (CBS 58) -- The Kenosha Police Department is investigating a Kenosha pastor for allegedly transferring intimate photos without permission from the victim.
Forty-one-year-old Gabriel Mills is a Kenosha resident and a pastor of Journey Church in Kenosha.
According to police, Mills reportedly borrowed the victim's phone and proceeded to search through the phone until finding intimate photos of the victim. Police say Mills then sent the photos to his phone without consent.
Mills was arrested on Monday, Sept. 30. Mills is charged with 2 counts of capturing an intimate representation without consent, according to police.
A bond of $7,500 was set for his release.
Police say it is possible that other members of the church, congregation, affiliates, or members of the community may have been victimized. Moving forward with the investigation, police ask anyone with any information to contact Detective Eric Traxler at 262-605-5223.
