Kenosha police arrest Bradford High School student in possession of ammunition, magazines
CBS 58 KENOSHA, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Kenosha police arrested a 15-year-old Bradford High School student Thursday, Feb. 12.
According to the police department, the student had an active probation hold detainer, and officers received information that he'd been seen with a gun off school grounds.
Police responded to the high school around 10:30 a.m. and detained the student in the hallway.
During a search outside of the building, police say they located multiple firearm magazines and ammunition in the student's possession.
Officials do not believe the student brought a firearm onto school property.
The arrest comes after a 16-year-old Bradford High School student was taken into custody Wednesday after officers located a loaded gun on the student.
An investigation remains ongoing.
