KENOSHA, Wis. (CBS 58) -- A 40-year-old woman was saved by her brother-in-law while swimming in Lake Michigan, according to the Kenosha Police Department.

The close call took place at Simmons Island Beach on Sunday, June 30 when the woman was pulled into deep water by riptides.
