License plate recognition parking to be rolled back out at AmFam Field

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- The new parking technology that led to some headaches after it malfunctioned on opening day at American Family Field is being rolled back out. 

The system uses license plate recognition technology to make the parking process more efficient by allowing drivers to skip stopping to pay a cashier. 

Brewers fans can expect the system to be back up and running Tuesday, Aug. 27, when the Brewers take on the San Francisco Giants. 

Access to American Family Field parking lots remain as usual.
