MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- The Milwaukee Police Department is asking for the public's help locating 13-year-old James Davis, who was last seen Sunday, Sept. 14 at around 2 p.m. in the area of 22nd and Mineral.

Police describe Davis as a Black boy, standing 5 feet, 6 inches tall and weighing 110 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen without a shirt, wearing light blue jeans and white and black flip-flops.
