(RACINE COUNTY) – A local historian has set out on a quest to reunite long-lost photographs with the people who are featured in them.
Gerald Karwowski has long been interested in collecting items of interest from the past. His property has been featured on the cable program “American Pickers” as well as CBS 58. Recently, Karwowski came into possession of a large volume of photographs from an estate sale that had once belonged to a photography studio in Racine. The photos date back decades with some more than a century old.
As Brendan Cullerton shows us, it's just the latest example of Karwowski’s passion to celebrate his hometown and its people.
