MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Student leaders from the area are participating in the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society’s Student Visionaries of the Year program, an Eastern Wisconsin fundraising campaign supporting blood cancer research and patient services.
Addie Josetti and Darby Koehne, candidates for the 2025 Student Visionaries of the Year title, joined us Tuesday, April 8 to discuss their team, Cancer Killers, and their ongoing efforts in the seven-week challenge.
The campaign is designed to develop leadership and business skills through fundraising, with participants competing to raise the most money in their regions. The program highlights young individuals who advocate for survivors and work to advance the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society’s mission.
