It was a nice end to the weekend, sunshine really helped with temps. Here's today's Almanac:
Both the highs and lows made it above the averages. And you can expect more sun and seasonable warmth to start the week. But as you see average highs have fallen to the low 60s, so warmth has to have a little different meaning at this point. We haven't felt legit warmth for five days. Check out the highs the last five days. So while 70s may not be on the way, at least we still have 60s to enjoy through this week. In terms of sky conditions, plenty of sun can be expected through mid week. Then, an approaching cold front will move near by Thursday. Rain showers are possible by late in the day. Soaking rain and thunderstorms are likely on Friday. Behind this front, we'll brace for the coolest air of the season this weekend. While it looks mostly dry, high temps may struggle to reach fifty for highs and lows will likely fall to the 30s. Frost could be around in spots during the early morning hours, so please use caution with any outdoor flowers and vegetables. Even though that seems abrupt, average highs not LOWS will be as cold as the 30s just after Thanksgiving.I'm meteorologist Rebecca Schuld
