Man charged in crash that killed 3 near 35th and Vliet pleads not guilty

Milwaukee County Jail/surveillance MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- A man charged in connection to a deadly crash in Milwaukee has pleaded not guilty.
Trevon Loston, 19, also waived his preliminary hearing before entering the not guilty plea on Tuesday, Oct. 21.
The crash happened on Sept. 16, near 35th and Vliet.
Prosecutors allege Loston was holding a gun to the driver in a stolen vehicle when they crashed, killing three people.
Loston faces three felony counts.
He's due back in court Nov. 21.
