Man pulls gun on other driver after two-vehicle crash in West Allis
WEST ALLIS, Wis. (CBS 58) -- One person is in custody after a two-vehicle crash which ended in a gun being pulled.
West Allis Police were called to a two-vehicle crash around 9 p.m. on Tuesday.
It happened near 108th Street and Theodore Trecker Way.
Police say that after the crash happened, the driver of one of the involved vehicles pointed a gun at the other driver and demanded his driver's license.
The victim then fled from the area and called the police.
The suspect continued driving north on S. 108th Street until he was stopped by the Wauwatosa Police Department. He was taken into custody and the firearm was found in the glove box of the U-Haul van he rented.
He is facing charges of carrying a concealed weapon and endangering safety by use of a dangerous weapon.
