MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Milwaukee police say they have two "persons of interest" in custody in relation to the hit-and-run outside Fiserv Forum on Saturday, Nov. 9.

A family from Hartford was injured in the crash that happened near 6th and Juneau.

According to police, a man and woman -- both 21 years old -- were taken into custody on Tuesday, Nov. 12.

Meanwhile, the family at the center of the ordeal sat down with CBS 58 to talk about what happened.

The Eager family was crossing the street on their way to see Jurassic World Live at Fiserv Forum, when they were hit by a car that did not stop.

All four of them, including 8-year-old Brayson and 5-year-old Dayton, were taken to the hospital. After the crash, Dayton was unconscious in the street.

The family is now in pain dealing with bumps, bruises, and scratches but no broken bones and no surgeries.

The boy's father, Tony, said he was able to run after the car to try and stop it. He says it slowed down but never stopped, driving with his wife Danielle on the hood of the car.

"I remember I was on the hood and I was trying to look for my kids as I'm on the hood. I wasn't even looking at the driver. I was looking for my kids. I didn't even care that I was on the hood. I couldn't' see them and when he got them to slow down is when I rolled off," Danielle Eager said.

There is a GoFundMe set up to help the family with medical costs.

The crash remains under investigation.
