Police: Man drives car into river after falling asleep at wheel

GRAFTON, Wis. (CBS 58) -- A 19-year-old man fell asleep at the wheel causing his car to go into the river in Grafton, authorities say.

According to the Ozaukee County Sheriff's Office, the man was driving near County Highway C and Klug Ln. in the Town of Grafton Saturday morning, March 7, around 7:29 a.m. when he fell asleep causing his 2005 Honda Civic to wind up in the river.

Fortunately, there were no injuries from the accident and the vehicle was removed from the river.
