74-year-old man killed in crash with dump truck on I-43

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- The Milwaukee County Sheriff's Office says a serious crash involving a vehicle and dump truck prompted a full freeway closure on eastbound I-43 at 27th Street Thursday, Aug. 18.
TRAFFIC ALERT: A full freeway closure is underway on E/B North I-43 @ 27th St, as MCSO and other 1st-Responders react to a serious crash with very serious injuries between a coupe and a dump truck. All traffic is being routed off at 27th.

The victim is a 74-year-old man, according to the medical examiner's office.
Their report says the man was in his stalled vehicle heading eastbound when a dump truck, traveling at a high rate of speed, ran over his vehicle.
