MPD: 16-year-old boy attempting robbery shot and killed by victim near 87th and Silver Spring

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- The Milwaukee County Medical Examiner's Office identified the 16-year-old fatally shot near 87th and Silver Spring as Jajuan Darrell Taylor of Milwaukee.

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- A 16-year-old Milwaukee boy is dead following a shooting near 87th and Silver Spring on Friday, Aug. 11.
It happened around 10:40 a.m.
Police say an armed suspect attempted to rob two victims. One of the victims was also armed and gunshots were fired, subsequently striking the armed robbery suspect and the unarmed robbery victim.
The suspect, a 16-year-old boy, was killed.
The robbery victim that was shot, an 18-year-old Milwaukee man, was transported to a local hospital for treatment of non-fatal injuries.
Milwaukee police are seeking an additional unknown suspect.
